Parts Position

Do you like cars? Can you name all the parts of a car? Do you have computer skills?  Medium size body shop in Avon is looking for an outstanding individual for our open parts position.

Basic Duties Include:

1. Ordering parts as needed for repairs.
2. Researching availability, pricing of parts for estimators.
3. Checking in & invoicing said parts.
4. Matching parts for correctness & looking for possible damage.
5. Carrying parts to technicians.
6. Responsible for maintaining stock inventory.
7. Deliver & pick up vehicles from dealers
8. Pick up parts from vendors as needed
9. And of course, various other duties

Basic Skill Set:

1. Need to be at least 20 years old      
2. Need to have a good knowledge of automotive parts.
3. Need to know basic MS Word, Excel & Outlook
4. Need to know how to look things up on-line
5. Must have a current Driver’s License with a good driving record
6. Must be able to lift more than 70 pounds occasionally

Full Time Position with benefits

Monday – Friday 8:00 – 5:00
